Positive: The riad is in an amazing location. You can reach the Medina on foot in a few minutes, but it is just outside it. It is easy to reach, located a few metres from the main road. Youssef and all the staff are extremely kind. They were available to pick us up, organise transfers, book restaurants and satisfy every request. The riad is very clean and the breakfast is good. Positive: Location was excellent near the bazaar and walking distance to Jamaa Al Fnaa. Breakfast was excellent.

Negative: Hotel was a little difficult to find first time but once you got the location then its accesseble and can be located easily. My room size was a little bit small but considering i was doing solo travel its fine.

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Palace Meryem in Marrakesh. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive and incredibly helpful throughout our visit. A special thanks to Mohammed and Youssef, who were both truly wonderful and made us feel so welcome. Our room was always spotless thanks to the hardworking housekeeping ladies, whose efforts we genuinely appreciated. Breakfast each morning was lovely: fresh orange juice, home-baked pancakes, yogurt, fruit, and a peaceful open-air terrace on the top floor—such a perfect way to start the day. When we arrived, Mohammed welcomed us with Moroccan tea and biscuits, followed by a delicious evening meal cooked in a classic tagine. These thoughtful touches made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend Riad Palace Meryem and would happily stay again.
