Positive: We had such an amazing stay at Riad Old City Palace. The riad itself is beautiful, every corner feels special and full of character. Everything was spotless and just perfectly taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly and so nice, always checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. It honestly made the whole experience feel even better. Everything about our stay was perfect. We’d definitely come back.

Positive: Very helpful, welcoming and friendly staff. They will go out of their way to help you. Big room for the 5 of us with view on the pool. Kids loved the traditional Morrocan breakfast. Definitely recommend staying at Riad Old City Palace.

Negative: A little difficult to find, but once we contacted the riad on arrival, they came to meet us outside the Medina and guided us to the Riad.

Positive: This is a great riad in the medina of Fes. We really liked the people working there, check-in was even earlier than usual, the hotel manager gave us great tips, the riad is beautiful inside and the breakfast was also good.

Negative: The water in the pool is quite cold.
