Summary: We stayed here two nights as a group of three friends. The rooms were well air conditioned, the breakfast was simple (not suitable for someone with gluten intolerance, but that is not a surprise for Morocco), the terrace was a nice space for catching the sun. As other reviews say, this place is hard to find. There is no sign which would have helped, and it took a while for anyone to open the door when we did find the right place. The beds were not comfy. The pool is tiny and really needed a clean (there was brown scum floating on the top for three days). There are only two sun loungers, one of which is broken, not really enough for a multiple room riad. In terms of location, you are about 15 minutes walk from the start of the restaurants and touristic area. Which was fine for us, but if you don't fancy that, I'd look for somewhere more central. All in all, you get what you pay for, and this was comfortably 3 stars. Wouldn't stay here again, but not disappointed.
