Positive: Great location in the Medina. It was so easy to get around and centrally located. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace every morning and was delicious. All the staff were so kind and helpful

Negative: There really wasn't anything wrong, but the only minor complaint would be our bathroom mirror. It was located so high on the wall, that I could barely see myself in it. It was a beautiful room though, and wouldn't prevent us from booking again.

Summary: Highly recommended. Staff was incredibly friendly. Great location in the Medina.

Positive: Our host Mickael was really great, very friendly and gave us a warm welcome and stay with good tips for living in the Medina for some days. The staff are outstanding, service level is max. Chapeau

Negative: No bad things, from room to breakfast all was very well taken care off. The Riad is really a beautiful where it seemed that the time has not passed for a hundred years or so, besides that everything is clean!

Positive: The Riad is beautiful and the hosts and staff were kind and very helpful. The hosts, MIckael and Guido, arranged smooth transport to and from the train station for us, provided an initial introduction to the Riad and city, and greeted us each morning at breakfast to offer help with plans for the day, including dinner and activity reservations. The room was very clean and comfortable and there were many beautiful places to relax within the Riad, including a rooftop terrace where a fresh and abundant breakfast was served each morning.

Summary: When we return to Marrakech, we will only stay at Riad Les Nuits de Marrakech - strongly recommend!

Positive: The hosts are highly informed and very well educated speaking many languages fluently. They fill you in on their labour of love of Marrakech of Les Nuits, it is a masterpiece. Breakfast on the rooftop is beyond anticipated and the staff are helpful and always there to assist. Their recommendations made our trip as well, as they know the town very well and are attentive to the needs of each type of tourist. They can turn a change a stay into a full on experience, you may never forget if you wish. These hosts you can trust completely

Positive: Riad de Nuits is, without question, the best place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, there was a sense of tranquility throughout the riad. The service is excellent — the staff are exceptionally friendly and truly can’t do enough for you. Everything was arranged seamlessly, from the airport transfer to helpful recommendations covering every aspect of our stay: how to barter in the souks, what fares are expected for taxis, and restaurants to suit our mood each evening. The terrace is a wonderful spot, ideal for dining or simply sunbathing and relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding — fresh, varied, and beautifully prepared each morning. Ria d de Nuits offers comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality in equal measure. A flawless experience from start to finish. 10 out of 10 — highly recommended

Positive: First off, they reached out to my boyfriend (who booked the hotel) ahead of time to coordinate airport transfers, which made our first trip to Morocco incredibly easy and stress-free. When we arrived outside the Medina walls, someone was waiting to help with our bags—a service we didn’t realize we’d need until we saw how lively and crowded Marrakech can be. At the riad, Guido greeted us at the door with the warmest smile, immediately making us feel welcome. He gave us a tour of the property, and we were blown away by its beauty and comfort. Afterward, we enjoyed delicious cookies and mint tea on the terrace while waiting to meet Mickael. Mickael was incredibly helpful—he provided us with a map of Marrakech and highlighted everything we would need to know: how to navigate the souks, nearby restaurants, taxi services, must-see sights, and he patiently answered all of our questions. His advice was invaluable and gave us so much confidence exploring this amazing city. Secondly, the riad itself is absolutely wonderful. Our room was so relaxing and beautiful that it was hard to leave and go explore. Guido explained that much of the riad has been carefully preserved, and the architecture and design are simply stunning. You could easily spend the entire day just sitting in the open patio area, admiring the building and soaking in the atmosphere. Lastly, the service was truly outstanding. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Breakfast on the terrace was one of my favorite experiences—it featured a wide variety of Moroccan dishes, all beautifully prepared and delicious. It was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, staying at this riad was one of the highlights of our trip. Between the incredible hospitality, the breathtaking setting, and the thoughtful guidance from the staff, it felt like both a sanctuary and a home in the heart of Marrakech.
