Positive: We loved EVERYTHING about our stay! Michael (one of owners), greeted you with a delicious sweet treat, Moroccan mint tea & shows you the map, gives you tips about taxis, the street vendors, safety tips etc. So you get a great lay of the land right up front! All of the staff was incredible, including the owners, Michael and Guido. Personable and helpful. Everyone was smiley, helpful and so kind. It seemed that they always were one step ahead of us and knew what we needed before we did, like water bottles etc. The Riad itself is stunning, so many things handmade and they have impeccable taste everywhere in the Riad! The rooms were extremely clean, breakfast was delicious, the place was very quiet at night & we just can’t say enough good things about this place. We were sad to leave today! But we will be back again to stay! Shukran!

Negative: Nothing - we were so happy and this place exceeded our expectations! I would give it 20 out of 10 if I could!

Positive: The owners really go out of their way to make sure your stay is magical! Guido spent so much time with us explaining the ins and outs of Marrakesh. The prices of taxis. The places to go. The places to eat. All of his recommendations were fantastic. We felt very safe and secure. The staff inside the Riyadh was great. There were three guys that we saw daily, but I cannot remember their names. They were always attentive. They were always available. The breakfasts were awesome. Eggs to order. All of the Moroccan fresh and delicious breads, pastries and olives you can eat. There is a small, indoor wading pool, but it is not heated. It would be great in the summertime. The rooms are gorgeous. Very well appointed. The beds were very comfortable. The bedding and the towels were fresh and new. You can tell the owners went out of their way to look for comfort, not just moving people through. 10 out of 10. I would give more if I could!

Negative: Parking is offsite at public parking. All of the public parking places have a line to get in.

Positive: Great location in the Medina. It was so easy to get around and centrally located. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace every morning and was delicious. All the staff were so kind and helpful

Negative: There really wasn't anything wrong, but the only minor complaint would be our bathroom mirror. It was located so high on the wall, that I could barely see myself in it. It was a beautiful room though, and wouldn't prevent us from booking again.

Summary: Highly recommended. Staff was incredibly friendly. Great location in the Medina.
