The staff are kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. A special thank you to Mr. Amine, the owner, who personally ensures that every guest is happy and comfortable. His dedication and attention to detail truly make a difference. The breakfast was generous, delicious, and varied a perfect way to start the day. And the panoramic rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views of the medina. I highly recommend this exceptional place it truly deserves a five-star rating!

Positive: Nice beautiful property, renovated common area, good location, nice personnel

Negative: I booked better and bigger room then they gave us, I had to ask few times showing my booking confirmation and they finally gave us better room but only for 1 night out of 3, quite disappointing. Without any suggestion to compensate etc. didn’t want to argue and spoil my vacation further. Spa facilities very poor and massage offered was not good and expensive (better quality is easy to find). Service very slow , you can wait your breakfast for really long

Positive: They upgraded my room to a palatial suite. Offered services like tours which came in handy when our guide canceled last moment.

Negative: I do not know if the Sama rooftop restaurant is the same owners as hotel but I do not recommend it. After eating there I had terrible food illness, but no problems with the hotel breakfast. However there is a fabulous restaurant walking distance that has an incredible view called L’Amandier.

Positive: Aesthetically the riad was beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. We also enjoyed a delicious meal on the rooftop one evening.

Negative: But in terms of service, there was a lack of attention to detail on the part of management. A request for pick up from the train station went unanswered, the second towel we asked for was never delivered, nor was the second chair we asked for, and the smell from the pipes in the bathroom was also unattended. Throughout the day, the schmaltzy music that was piped through the common areas at a slightly intrusive volume was competing with the heavy beat of the music coming from the bar on the roof - so not so relaxing! This was by far the most expensive place we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Morocco, and by far the most disappointing!

Positive: Absolutely stunning riad - beautiful design and a historic building. It was like staying in an art gallery!

Negative: It’s located in the Medina so it’s not the best location for wandering around on your own without a guide, however it’s great value for a beautiful and traditional riad experience. It was perfect for two nights in Fes and we booked a guide to show us around!
