Positive: Owners were friendly and helpful. Good communication. When you arrive you will pass through alleys, and experience the reality of people still living in the old part of the medina. Riad inside decoration is beautiful.

Negative: As previous comments suggested, Wifi is poor, gets disconnected often. Location of Riad is OK, within the old medina.

Positive: Lovely staff who were always very attentive and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is in the Medina but approx a 25 min walk to the square, we found it nice to be a bit further out and explore a different part of the city. A little haven to come home to away from the hustle bustle of the Medina. The rooftop area is very beautiful and peaceful, and there are nice tables to sit at outside each room

Negative: There is a mosque next door that can be loud at times, but all part of moroccos charm. (PS Keep in mind that some doors of the souks close around 10pm! We got caught out coming home and it was hard to find a way out.)

Positive: This is a beautiful Riad in the Medina (Old Town). It is in a quiet lane away from most of the main attractions but easily walkable. Marrakech is very safe as well. The hosts Youssef and Barbara were very helpful with information prior to our visit and I would recommend booking a taxi through them to get to the Riad. The rooms are compact but more than enough room for a short stay with a great bathroom and shower. The room is cleaned every day with fresh towels. There is plenty of seating in each floor and a nice rooftop terrace. The biggest compliment is I couldn't fault anything.

Negative: Not a single thing.

Positive: Would 100% recommend. Host Youseff was amazing, welcoming and helping us with everything. From serving beautiful breakfasts on the roof terrace, to ordering us cabs when we needed it most - always with a smile! Great typical riad in the heart of Marrakesh on a calm back alley. Easy and walkable everywhere in the city.
