Positive: Everything. The Riad was beautiful. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms, huge en-suites and gorgeous communal sitting areas with a large open fire in the dining room area. The breakfast and dinner were cooked to order with fresh produce and were delicious. All the staff were friendly and polite, we will be returning.

Positive: The Riad is very elegantly decorated and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is so extremely nice, I celebrated my birthday here and they took such good care of me including birthday surprises. The food is very delicious. The location is perfect to explore Essaouria.

Positive: We really can’t fault this beautiful riad. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff are exceptional and took great care of us throughout our stay. From complimentary coffee and water in the spotlessly clean room, to the fresh breakfast (the best we’ve ever had in any hotel). It was a tranquil haven in a buzzing medina. We have no doubt we will be back!

Positive: Unlike most travellers who are making stops for a couple of nights, we stayed over a week. In other words, there was plenty of time for a mishap. There simply never was one. We were so comfortable and the family who run it were simply delightful. Nothing was too much trouble. Located just inside the Medina it is perfectly located for heading in or out of it.

Negative: Nothing, it was outstanding.
