Positive: Location was perfect, at the heart/center of Medina (the square). The stuff was so welcoming and professional, they took care of us at any moment, whatever we needed, day or night, and the atmosphere was family like. (as 2 girls traveling, this was very important to us, to feel safe) Especially the gentlmen that was there 24/7, always with a smile for the guests. (I am really bad with names) To sum up - clean, safe, great location, good (mostly sweet) breakfast, peaceful and great hospitality.
