Positive: The staff is very friendly, they will try to accommodate any requests. The tea and the food is good, and the hammam is amazing. You must try the hammam experience if you plan to stay here.

Negative: Sometimes if there are loud tourists in the hallway it can be noisy, but overall if the guests are polite there are no issues.

Positive: In general a nice small Riad , where we especially enjoyed the great hospitality and kindness of the staff (Moha and Younessi). Nice breakfast and clean rooms. Good location, could easily walk to most and a calm area

Negative: Our room could do with some renovation, more exactly the Shower which did not work very well. Due to End of Year celebrations, the prices are in general high in Marrakech but nevertheless with an average price of 140 Eur/night we found it expensive for the value of the 3 star Riad

Positive: We were pleasantly surprised by the warmth Alice welcomed us when we checked in. It felt more like home away from home. The staff at Riad were super helpful and friendly- always asking if we needed anything and serving the best Moroccan mint tea in Marrakech. We were served fresh breakfast just how we wanted so couldn’t recommend it enough. Special thanks to Mohammad for all his help, tips and looking after us to make sure we had an amazing time.

Negative: Open space Riad this is and hence no control over how cold it is at breakfast time - Alice put the A/c heater on full blast but how much can that ever warm up an open riad space? All riads have this issue

Positive: Riad Alice Terrace & Spa is a gorgeous riad located near the old Jewish Quarter (Mellah) and within easy walking distance to all sights in the Medina. The rooms are beautifully furnished, the bathrooms are modern and the whole property is very clean and pleasant. In the morning you are greeted with fresh breakfast consisting of tea & coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs, bread, and a delicious selection of local treats like cheese, honey, olives, and butter. You can opt to enjoy that at their lovely terrace where you have to chance to soak in the warmth of Marrakesh’s weather while enjoying a fantastic view over the rooftops. A highlight of the property is definitely the staff who always great you with a smile and are eager to accommodate any requests whether that’s a booking a transfer, planning trips or arranging an early breakfast to suit your travel needs. In conclusion, a highly recommended stay for trip to Marrakesh.
