Summary: Staff were very welcoming and attentive. Someone was available 24/7 to provide. There were no set times for breakfast- available instantly when you wanted it. Breakfast was typically orange juice, tea or coffee, fruit salad with homemade yoghurt, pancakes, toast, eggs/omlette and a slice of a different morrocan cake each day (2nd servings of all available). The food on an evening was freshly cooked and of a high standard. The Riad is 15 minutes walk from the centre of the Medina, which means it is much quieter.

Summary: The Riad Hikaya was a wonderful all round experience- both a haven from the frenetic world of Marrakech and its lively streets and wonderful opportunity to absorb some of the culture of Morocco. The staff were outstanding- so friendly and nothing was too much trouble- always replying 'It my pleasure' and it really felt sincere. The decor and the food were traditional and the spa treatments were wonderfully local and certainly helped us to relax and enjoy our holiday. Thank you to all the team at Riad Hikaya- we will be back on day when we return to Morocco- thank you for making our holiday so joyful

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. The riad is the most beautiful hotel we have stayed in, decorated with such care and stunning handmade fixtures and fittings the team look after you very well and were so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend the massage - one of the best we have had. A really unique and special place to stay. We would love to come back.

Summary: Lovely friendly team of staff who always had a ready smile and helped us with transfers, suggestions, local guide and were a pleasure to deal with. Rooms great. Breakfast fresh and varied and lovely on the roof. All in all a great stay!

Summary: Me and my partner Harry stayed at riad hikaya and it was the best place we have ever stayed before! The staff are the most thoughtful welcoming people and made such an effort to make our stay so special, the riad was absolutely beautiful, when we got there wadia gave us loads of tips on where to go in Marrakech and organised lots for us during our stay! Could not have wished for a better place to stay! Also great location in terms of the medina! Will definitely be returning:)

Summary: The rooms were wonderful. I only had 1 night there and came back a few days later. The staff is amazing, so courteous and super helpful. Their breakfast was also amazing! We felt like royalty! I absolutely recommend.
