Summary: Lovely Road with beautiful rooftop terrace and very comprehensive breakfast included. Front desk staff were very helpful and on hand for any assistance. Easy walk into the Medina and close to taxi rank.

Summary: Location is just two minutes from entrance to the medina. The riad was just renovated few years ago, room is classic, clean and living there was a joy. Free breakfast worth a praise, we lived there five nights and each breakfast got a slightly different bread. The owner is an elegant and super nice French lady, making us just like at home. It’s definitely a road worth staying.

Summary: This Riad was amazing! The manager was outstanding! I forget how to spell his name, but it started with an H. We also met the owner, a very hospitable and kind woman. This place is immaculate! The design and decor are so open and pleasing to the eye. Our accommodations were very comfortable. We had a room with an upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. Comfortable beds, very nicely decorated. Bathrooms were upscale. “H” really looked out for us. He actually met us in the parking lot. He gave us a lot of good information and kept the scammers away from us. Believe me there are some all over. Of all the Riads we stayed at I’d have to say this was my favorite! If you’re going to Fez, try and stay here. It is easy walking to the Medina and it’s so worth it.

Summary: This riad is beautifully designed with a touch of european feel and large open space. The room was spacious, very clean and had a balcony. The manager and owners are all very friendly. The area is quiet but also felt safe. It is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants within the medina. Just make sure you get dropped off by the parking lot near the hotel. Our tour bus dropped us off at a different location so we had trouble finding the Riad. Management was quick to respond to Expedia messages and had someone come out to find us and bring us the the Riad. The thai restaurant near the hotel was also very good and clean. Overall a great experience and highly recommended.
