Positive: Extremely warm and welcoming staff, especially Maxim, he was so helpful and friendly throughout our entire visit, the breakfast is filling and tasty and the environment is beautiful, every main attraction in the city is in walkable distance and a place where they can pick you up by car is 5 minutes away so great location as well. Thank you for everything! I would 100% recommend this Riad.

Positive: Staff were great, Joselin was really attentive. Courtyard was lovely and there was a nice tented area on the rooftop for shade.

Negative: Was great overall, it was a little bit further out from the more touristy areas of the medina

Positive: The riad is very beautiful, loved it. Clean and essential. Nice hospitality from staff Fatima and Abdul. Very quiet area.

Negative: It was not easy to find for the drives as it's new not very well known. They should infom client the name of the closest drop off point. So when coming from airport could be easier. No answer on the phone provided so lost more than one hour to reach riad. Air drier should be provided, and on cold mornings breakfast should be inside. A bit far from main square and marked, but with 30 minutes walk and Google map you can get there

Positive: It is what it is as shown on the pictures, in fact it is even prettier in person. We’re given a sweet mint tea as a welcome drink, which is soo good. The staff are nice and very accommodating, shout out to Abdul, Sabine and the lovely kitchen lady! They clean the room and change the towels everyday! They even gave us a fruit basket and 2pcs kitkats on our 2nd day. The breakfast is really good and filling, freshly brewed coffee and squeezed oranges everyday! Our room has direct access to the rooftop which has a “berber” tent which we liked.

Negative: Well, arriving late at night isnt a good idea. Our flight was delayed for almost 3hrs hence arriving in Marrakesh at almost midnight. The taxi company at the airport had a hard time looking for Riad Akasia, almost impossible to look for it in google maps too. The Riad is new. It is inside the Medina t, which unfortunately there are streets where car cant pass thru. From where we’re drop off we had to walk a long way to which may feel like unsafe place as it is unfamiliar to be fair. Theres a shorter and faster way from the main road, which we found out the next day. It is best to call the hotel first before your flight to arrange maybe a transport directly with them, as they can do it for you thats what we did going back home. The transport to the hotel we paid only 200dirhams, which way cheaper than what we paid for the taxi from the airport.

Positive: The Riad was perfect. It was just gorgeous, peaceful and relaxing. We thought at first that it was fake because how perfect it looked like in the pictures, but then we saw it with our own eyes and it was just like in the pictures and just as good as the reviewes say. It was a perfect break from the busy city of Marrakech and we felt very safe. The workers at the riad made our stay wonderful with fresh breakfast everyday. Very helpful, friendly and welcoming people. Me and my boyfriend loved our stay and would recomend for everyone especially for couples who like to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing couple of days.

Negative: We had trouble finding the location of the Riad in the medina. Ps do not trust any boys who want to show you the way to the riad you are staying at, they will scam you.
