Summary: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere welcoming. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection, and the location was convenient for a short stay in Rize. I would especially like to highlight the reception staff. They were very friendly, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Their professionalism and warm attitude made the stay even more enjoyable.

Summary: The location of the hotel is excellent.Receptionist, Asll, I think I may not have spelled her name correctly, but the woman is a very kind professional and deserves all the praise for her work with clients. The breakfast is ok. The hotel needs a lot of renovation, that's the only thing we didn't like, everything looks very old. Overall rating is 3.

Summary: As we were travelling by bus the hotel was a good location from the bus station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard double. Although it was small it was comfortable. We were aware of this from the photo so we were not disappointed. Good breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Summary: We stayed three nights, the bed was a bit low for us so difficult to get out of it, a small room and even smaller bathroom but as a frequent traveller that was not to bad and everything worked. Breakfast was exceptional such a wide selection and fresh. The staff what can i say, everyone was pleasant and helpful nothing was to much for them. If and when we return we will stay here again. A big thankyou to all at Rhisos Hotel
