Positive: Clean , big, real 5 star facility ,very good breakfast, location is quite but close to city center and staff.

Negative: AC !!! , they have deactivated the central chiller with enforced central heating system in October. The window is small to cool the room . We couldn't sleep for 3 days . I am warning you if you used to cooling systems you can't enjoy your stay.

Positive: Everything in the hotel was excellent! 😄 Wonderful, competent staff who speak English – especially warm thanks to the fantastic reception team!! The breakfast buffet was delicious!! The hotel is extremely clean and beautifully scented, absolutely living up to its 5-star world-class standard!! It was amazing – many thanks to everyone for this wonderful stay! 🌟

Negative: The only downside was the Italian restaurant we tried – it didn’t have much to do with real Italian food 😂 but the service was absolutely excellent. If you’re looking for authentic Italian cuisine, this definitely isn’t the place that will blow you away 😞.

Summary: Amazing stay – I highly recommend it! 10/10, just as described, or even better!! 🌟

Positive: Breakfast was generous m fresh. Space was comfortable

Negative: Stinginess regarding number of bottle of water, strictly only 2 bottled each room , make no sense compared room your paying for room. I had 2 unites for family suits .I ended up buying from supermarket
