Summary: The staff were friendly and keen to look after you. We had a room upgrade for an extra fee because it was a very quiet time. The town was extremely quiet when we stayed so not many dining options available. It would have been good to have some help with this from reception prior to arrival. Hotel has a lovely position on the Rhein and the village was so pretty and quant.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was 5 star in the restaurant, but the facility needs an upgrade. The village surrounding it was run down. Not up to German standards.

Summary: The hotel was exceptional. The room was clean and appeared to have been updated recently. The room was of a good size and had a seperate living area, bathroom and bedroom. There were views out of every window looking out onto the river. There is free undergound parking which is very secure and I felt at ease leaving my car there. We ate at the hotel and the food was superb, especially the dumplings! The waiter could have been a little happier but everyone else we met was friendly and happy to help.
