Positive: The location is great - it's above the noise and mayhem of Munnar town and is very peaceful, with a pretty garden, magnificent views and lots of bird song. The owner is very friendly, and we really enjoyed chatting to him. We were also helped to book some activities, e.g. the visit to the national park and trekking through the tea plantations. These activities were great. There's a great veg restaurant at the bottom of the hill.

Negative: The rooms were comfortable enough, but my room was definitely in need of some redecoration and refurbishment. Also, there were issues with the hot water for my shower throughout my stay.
