Positive: We were visiting for the second time. The place is located at great location, with lots of options how to spend time either alone or with kids/family. We stayed at a standalone cottage and it offered all the necessary facilities and was nice and cozy. The swimming pool was also great. Staff were helpful and nice. We had half-board and both breakfast and dinner were offering sufficient variety and good quality.

Negative: - Bed pillows are huge and rather flat, literally impossible to find comfortable position to sleep; - The pools get really overcrowded most of the time as these are also open also for public and lots of people come from surrounding areas; - Pools, SPA and gym work only until 20:00 and in the same time dinner is served from 18:00 to 20:00, so you basically have to plan well to manage it all on the same day; - Lastly, while pool access is included in the hotel booking, you still have to pay extra for saunas as well as towels. Feels a bit cheap approach compared to other hotels given that the overall price of stay is not cheap by any means.

Negative: Would be a bonus to have a washing machine The facilities weren’t described to us so was unaware that the swimming pool etc is closed through the week. Staff could be friendlier

Positive: Altogether a very nice stay. We had the one bedroom house. It was spacious enough for a 2+2 family. It was clean, in good condition and had all the equipment we might need. Comfortable beds and sofa. Bathroom and a separate toilet. It was very warm, too warm even so wife was happy. TV has smart options so we could use our Netflix. Fridge, cups and plates, kettle, etc. - all fine. Breakfast and dinner was varied and tasty, no complains here. We used the pools and it was nice to dunk in warm water (35 °C) after few hours on the slopes. 2h per day was included with the stay which was nice as we were not expecting it - not mentioned on the website. But maybe it depends on the season. Kids had a lot of fun with the table football in the 'Water world' lobby, which was free to use. Everything in the complex is within a short walking distance. There was a parking spot right next to the house and more nearby so no problem with parking. The PARK SNOW Donovaly is just 10min drive away. There's many skiing options for kids and adults there. Despite minor things mentioned below, I am happy with the stay.

Negative: Sadly I have to agree with some comments here about the desk staff. Once we came in I handed my document and one lady straight away raised her voice on me that she needs all the documents. Then she was arguing with me that I have a reservation for a different number of people then on my confirmation from Booking.com. Another day my wife wanted to use the gym. The website says it's open from 9am but actually it's not until 2pm. Desk staff person found some other place on the website with the correct time but that inconsistency causes confusion. A simple 'Sorry about that, we will update the page' would have been nice but the person acted like all was fine. Apart from that other desk staff ladies were helpful. We had one item with the booking to update and that was handled well and fast.

Negative: There wasn’t microwave oven, plate drainer and hairdryer.
