Summary: It doesn't matter which kind of events they have, but it's a 5* hotel, so for sure the guest can expect a professional handling, but it wasn't: 3 days a lot of noise from singing and soundchecks from many groups preparing for a song contest. We had several business meetings in the lobby but it wasn't possible (i guess just in mind of the staff) to close the doors to drastically reduce the noise. The problem in general is that vietnamese like this kind of "music and singing" - sure always with loudspeakers on 150% output - and therefore they do not really endeavour to look after the guests as one might expect. Something else to complain is the breakfast buffet - as a vegetarian, there is a lot to make it better. And the last: the soundproofed room didn't really work because of the noise from a side alley.

Summary: The front desk staff was very very helpful. I did not get the guy’s name, but he was very kind and thorough and we discussed customer service. He was very smart. I will definitely stay there again. The people are what makes the difference. Also, the food and beverage upstairs was good and clean and very service orientated
