Summary: Beautiful property in an excellent neighborhood. Only two negatives, blow dryers need to be furnished in all bathrooms, I have stayed in numerous VRBO locations and have never needed to pack a blow dryer. The golf cart, fully charged, only lasted about 10 minutes. Otherwise the stay was great. Thank you!

Summary: The house was great for our big family vacation. There was some maintenance issues and some things that didn’t work (dishwasher & garage door openers) but other than that it was mostly enjoyable. Would stay in this community again, but probably not the same home.

Summary: This house was beautiful and easily fit our party of 17 girls ages 24 through 30. There were not many essential items (trash bags, paper towels, etc) at the house which made the first day difficult. Also, the hot tub repair guy arrived unannounced which was odd. Otherwise, great stay!

Summary: My 3 sons and their families who live in different states and had not all been together since 2019 for my husband’s memorial service. We had so much fun together in this beautiful, comfortable house . Loved the beach and all the nearby seafood restaurants. We loved our stay. Thank you.

Summary: Property was very nice. We were disappointed in water in the pool. They did flush it out but never got any better. My granddaughter got a rash from the pool. We loved the house and its surroundings. The only problems were the pool and dishwasher.

Summary: Absolutely perfect! We celebrated a Birthday getaway and Loved it! This house is super pretty! I thought it was decorated beautiful. The ONLY complaint I would have is that a few of the mattresses need to be replaced, a few of our ladies had to move to different beds which was just fine. The location is private and quiet, easy beach access.

Summary: Luxury Coastal Vacations was adamant that 4pm check in was rigid. We requested early check in. We were told they’d let us know day of as soon as possible. We were 6 hours away so stayed back to not sit there in the downpour for the 4pm check in. 2:45 they told us we could get in. Ummm we were still an hour away. So that was useless. Heated pool non existent. Pool yes. Heat no. Hot tub 74deg when we arrived. Brrrr. They Furnished an instruction sheet how to get heat in the hot tub. Nope that didn’t work. LCV said there’s a motion detector too but little other info. Several different maintenance personnel came by. None knew how it worked. I finally figured out you had to go in front of the motion detector two hours before you want to use it. Then it would heat up. You had to keep walking in front of it or the heater would turn off. They tell you to advise them of anything found broken within 24 hours of check in. I took more pictures of BROKEN stuff to report than enjoyable pictures of the house. Lots of doors. Lots of broken locks/doors. Half the stovetop was inoperative. Maintenance dude fixed it. Doors still not right when we left. Towels were nice. Washing machine took two hours per load. Kitchen supplied fairly well. House main and upper floors were clean. Lower floor was a mess. Maintenance came to clean that too. The house has a Green energy control that if any door is left open more than two minutes the HVAC systems all shut down. We had three car loads of people and all the stuff so the doors were open a long time as the stream of weary travelers brought in their belongings and groceries. The main floor bedroom on the northeast had some weird clicking that persisted when you used the can lights. Took a while to figure that out. The elevator from the ground floor to the main level was finicky. Calling the elevator didn’t work consistently so you had to figure out which floor it was on then ride it to where you needed it. Numerous burned out lights inside and out. Labeling in kitchen was faded as in the basement level. Lights were difficult to find when we unloaded from 4:15 to 5:30. Finally found a twist timer knob controls the lights. In the daylight I found the very faded “garage light” tag. Found an oven rack hidden atop the fridge on the last day. Would have been nice to have to begin with. For such an expensive house and what we rented it for, the myriad of broken things just should not be so.

Summary: Fifteen of our family enjoyed the house, the location, the general area and each other for five days. It was well worth the effort to get there (from Ohio, Georgia, Arkansas, Tennessee). The only real downer was LuLu's Cafe in Foly but that has nothing to do with the house. There was one minor inconvenience with the house. The elevator does not reach the master bedroom. that was not made clear in the writeup on the house. But that was a minor thing compared with all of good things about the property. Please add the first paragraph into the guest book under our names. We left without entering the info.

Summary: Nice on the outside.. not wonderful on the inside. Decor needs help.. this property could be absolutely amazing with better interior decor. I found a gold bow with a silver pipe cleaner as a decoration... curtains terrible..stains and half hanging backwards. Massive big huge roaches.
