Positive: The room was pleasant and matched the pictures. The staff were friendly and did their best to resolve all issues. We really liked the complimentary cosmetic sets. What we didn’t like: there were no real towels — only disposable paper ones. When you stay in a good hotel, you naturally expect proper towels. The sound insulation was very poor — you could hear everything from the street and the elevator arriving on other floors. There was a large gap in the floor near the window, letting cold air in. We only found out on the last day that we could use the air conditioner for heating, and only then managed to warm up the room. It would have been better if the staff had explained in advance how to make the room warmer.
