The large treed lot has no direct neighbors for a secluded feel yet with easy access to the main 4 season road. We are 2 minutes to the gorgeous sandy beach at Fosters Lake with picnic area, washrooms, playground and ice rink. Bring your Canoe or Kayak to explore kilometres of the York River. The area is dense with wildlife and close to many ATV/Sled and walking trails to explore.
