Summary: The area is absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. The house is within Yosemite park, very quiet and peaceful, and away from crowds. There were a lot of deer around the house in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen has everything needed to cook meals. All bedrooms are upstairs, however, there is a enclosed sunroom with a futon that could serve as a bedroom downstairs, as well as a large chair that also makes into a bed in the living room. We liked having a full bath downstairs, so my 81 year old mother did not have to climb any stairs. The only dislike...there are 3 bedrooms upstairs, but the only bathroom upstairs is a jack and jill located in between the master bedroom and the queen bedroom. If you sleep in the room with the twin beds (which I was) and need to potty in the middle of the night, your only options are to walk through someone else's bedroom while they are sleeping or go downstairs to use the toilet. Since we were all adults over the age of 55, I ended up going downstairs. It was a minor inconvenience. The only other issue we encountered was the batteries in the main remote control were dead, but we were able to take out from my headset to use in the remote while we were there. Overall we loved the house, had a wonderful stay, and would definitely go back again!

Summary: We checked in at 8 pm at night, it was cold and snowing and the code didn’t work, we had to log in the internet and call for help. The call kept dropping. They had to reset the lock and 20 min we were inside, The third night it happened again, I said it’s as though the lock needed batteries. It was unfortunately frustrating. I wish they would improve this. Aside from that - The house was comfortable. One full bath up and one down. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen seemed well stocked for what we needed. I liked the location a lot. Would return.

Summary: We (5 adults) loved staying in Yosemite West within the park gates - just a 25 min drive to Tunnel View. The home was nice, the view was excellent, and the sauna worked! Would recommend. Make sure you grab groceries on the way in (no restaurants around).

Summary: Place was great. Spa was awesome. Gas fireplace was a nice touch. Beds were comfortable. Could use a couple new skillets. Communication with the host Vacasa was not up to the standard of past stays in properties they host but it did not impact the experience in any way.

Summary: It was a spacious and comfortable home. When we got there, they called me and let me know the hot water in the upstairs bathroom could not be used and didn't have ETA which was disappointing. Then we noticed the water was leaking from the vanity in the same bathroom. They sent someone in the next day and asked politely for our permission to enter if we are not there. I appreciated that. They fixed the hot water in the bath but had to turn off the water in one of the sinks which was fine - at least we could now use both baths. Then we noticed the other sink in the upstairs bathroom started leaking, but by then we were checking out (we only stayed for 2 nights). So we had some water trouble; however I don't hold it against them because these things happen even in our own home. Other than that, it was great! The house was clean. We had very nice dining area both outside in the balcony and inside. A great view from the balcony. The sauna worked really well and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were comfortable. I would totally recommend it.

Summary: The house had everything we needed for our family group of 7. We cooked our meals, spent evenings on the deck making smores in the fire pit and drove to yosemite valley and wawona for hikes each day ( about 30 minutes to each). We also loved peaceful mornings on the deck! We would come back again!
