Positive: The hotel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is cozy and extremely well located, just two blocks from the main square. The owner and staff are extremely gentle and professional. Beds and pillows are comfy and the shower is great. Breakfast is excellent. I felt at home.

Positive: Everything was great at Retablo! The location is just a short 2 block walk from the main plaza. The staff was easy to communicate with and check in was simple. Our room was cozy and quiet and the shower was the best we have had in Perú with plenty of hot water and a good shower head. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was large and tasty. Daniel is an accommodating and gracious host who gave us great suggestions which increased our enjoyment of Ayacucho. I wholeheartedly recommend Retablo!

Negative: It was all wonderful.

Positive: The breakfast was very good, you will definitely be satisfied, they give you coffee, juice, eggs avocado, local break is very good 👍!

Negative: The internet needs to be faster!

Positive: Retablo was a pleasant surprise! The outside of the building doesn't look very promising, but once you walk in everything is very clean, organized and comfortable. Vladimir has the friendliest smile and is super attentive. He makes a lovely breakfast and makes sure everything and everyone is taken care of. Our room was simple but comfortable. Super clean. Good bed. Tv worked well and shower was good. I'd definitely stay here again!

Negative: The room could use an extra socket or two.
