Positive: Yes, the location is wonderful. Close to the. Arco del Triunfo and the Plaza de Armas. Laundry on site is helpful. View from our unit looked over the city toward the cathedral. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery store.
Negative: Some basics were lacking, like a floor mat for stepping out of the shower, hooks to hang clothes, glasses for juice, etc. kitchen is very basic - No microwave, No toaster. No closet/place to put suitcase/clothes. Bathroom has no shelf, no counter to put hygiene items.
Summary: A lovely place, safe neighborhood, family member on site to help with questions/issues.
