Summary: Great stay! The apartment was well stocked and comfortable. The Edmund (where the unit is located) has awesome amenities, including a work out area, lounge, fire pits, pool, etc. it is also over a Wegman’s, making it so easy to stock up. No need to even get in the car! It is conveniently located to Dulles Airport, Herndon, Fairfax, etc. the unit itself is bright, airy, and spacious. The building and unit are protected by Latch, which was fairly easy to use. The host is responsive and provided a lot of useful information prior to our stay. I will definitely book this unit again if we have travel plans involving this area…Oh, and the Reston Metro station is within walking distance, eliminating the necessity of driving into DC!

Summary: We shared the contact information with other family members. The apartment was bright, fresh and clean. Our check in process was rough since I had not been sent the email that contained the managers contact info, or the “latch” lock app. It took 2 hrs and we almost had to find another place. Finally, we made contact with the manager and he sent me the missing information. I was relieved to finally get into the unit. It was a pleasant stay.

Summary: We very much enjoyed this apartment. It had everything that we needed. It was a little tricky with the Latch App but we got it figured out and actually really were impressed with the security of this access process. The unit was very clean and spacious perfect for two people. Comfortable bed and couch and we really loved having a designated workspace. We absolutely loved having Wegmans with a private entrance to shop. That was definitely a luxury! This place will be spectacular after all of the building and construction around the property is complete. There was no noise or any construction in our way at all, but just the view out the window. We will definitely book this again if it’s available next year.

Summary: I stayed here while in town for business. Great apartment in a nice building. Easy walk to the metro and grocery store in the building made everything very convenient. Apartment was comfortable and much better than staying in a hotel. Highly recommend!
