Summary: The room was great..we were upgraded,at no extra cost to us because of an issue with the room that was reserved for us.The staff was curteous and kind...very helpful! Great breakfast!

Summary: I would recommend this as a place to stay. Overall clean, they had a nice breakfast bar and the staff was nice. I needed a handicap room for the shower due to surgery and they swapped it. We left before 6am but they let my wife have stuff from the breakfast bar even though it was early and not with the defined window. If we needed to stay in Spencer again we would definitely stay there.
