Summary: This hotel was clean and convenient. But the customer service is next level. I would especially like to acknowledge Dawn, who went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget her kindness. I was staying at Reson in Spencer while taking care of a family member in the local hospital. Dawn could tell I was very stressed and she did everything she could to help me (modifying reservation, making sure I had what I needed) as well as offering me comforting words and support. I hope whoever is reading this sees what amazing team member you have in Dawn.

Summary: Was given a room next to washer and dryer. It was in operation in the middle of the night. Could hear everything.
