Summary: This hotel was clean and convenient. But the customer service is next level. I would especially like to acknowledge Dawn, who went above and beyond to help me. I will never forget her kindness. I was staying at Reson in Spencer while taking care of a family member in the local hospital. Dawn could tell I was very stressed and she did everything she could to help me (modifying reservation, making sure I had what I needed) as well as offering me comforting words and support. I hope whoever is reading this sees what amazing team member you have in Dawn.

Summary: Was given a room next to washer and dryer. It was in operation in the middle of the night. Could hear everything.

Summary: The room was spacious and clean. I really appreciated being able to access coffee or hot water all the time. Great piece for a great stay.

Summary: Very nice place to stay. Locally owned. Only complaint is 2nd building has to walk over if they need anything like the pool, front desk service, breakfast. But overall a nice place to stay. Will stay again. The staff was very friendly. Just had 1 that was kinda rude but every place has to have one in the group.

Summary: About what you would expect for price point. Hard mattress, terrible pillows. Door to room doesn't latch. Air conditioner in room terribly loud. Room looks clean and updated. Plenty of outlets for chargers and such. Television worked fine.
