Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really appreciated all of the free activities that this reservation came with! The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. We appreciated the ice machine and three refrigerators! We appreciated that maintenance came daily to check the pool and make minor repairs. The company handling our stay was very responsive and quick to replenish supplies that were near empty when we arrived; we have never rented from this service and had already bought more supplies by the time the new ones arrived. Understanding what comes with the reservation (restocked supplies or at least fully stocked supplies) may have been helpful, but we also may not have seen it in the description. A Rumba and/or properly functioning vacuum would be nice for main level up keep during the week; the vacuum that was there did not pick up dirt (there was no brook or mop), might have been accidentally left out because it didn't really work and did not have any hoses.We would have appreciated a large trash can by the pool area and 2 bath towels per guest, as only one washer and one dryer worked. I think the cleaning service should have checked all TV/remotes to make sure they were working and refilled hand soap, etc. prior to our arrival. We had a big day planned on Tuesday and woke up to no hot water and no gas to cook; this of course changed our day and added additional stress & expenses that were not expected (33 people out to eat instead of planned breakfast at the house, rescheduling plans, etc.). All in all it was a great stay and I highly recommend this company and place! Hopefully someone will reach out to discuss the propane issue and compensate us for the inconvenience!
