Summary: This house is in a great location for what we needed. It has lots of space in the house and in the yard. The exterior, including the pool, was in great condition (pool not heated in November, which is to be expected). Some areas inside the house look new and clean, but it is a well used house. The carpet, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, walls and some furniture have had a lot of wear and tear. Many amenities were not there. For the bathrooms, there were towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. We supplied our own bathroom soap, extra toilet paper, wash cloths and hand towels. In the kitchen, there were pots and pans, cutlery, and one chef knife. No baking ware (like sheet pans or casserole dishes). There were plates and bowls but they were on the dining room table for decoration so we mostly used disposable things. We supplied our own dish soap and dish cloths. There was no laundry detergent in the laundry room. Overall, we liked staying there because the location was great for us and the house has a lot of great space. Some things like cleanliness and amenities could be improved.
