Resort style beach house with Pool, Sauna ,Wood Fired Pizza oven and outdoor kitchen. The house is beautifully furnished with modern touches. Parking for 3 cars. Beach is a 10 minute walk, with cafes, shopping centres and parks nearby. Conveniently located near buses to Central, Circular Quay to visit Sydney and harbour, and coastal walk to Bondi. The house is large with 3 spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom with walk-in robe and a full size ensuite. 2 Living Spaces and 2 dining rooms. The house is spacious and decorated with quality furniture. The cathedral ceilings and skylights give the house a light open feeling that is extremely inviting. The three bedrooms are very large, the master with walk-in robe and a full sized bathroom ensuite, one and half other bathrooms are also renovated o include all modern features, with the main bathroom have a deep soaking bathtub. 2 living areas and 2 dining rooms as well as a full kitchen and laundry are available at the house. The TV room or second living room has a sofa that can be converted to an extra bed to accommodate an extra 2 people should you require. There's plenty of parking in front of the house for 3 vehicles. Enjoy a relaxing swim in the good sized pool and enjoy the very private outdoor space with a retractable roof to give shade or shelter from the elements if needed or open up when the weather is good. The backyard also includes a full BBQ, pizza oven, large dining table and pool furniture to enjoy your time at our home. The front courtyard is private and very comfortable and an excellent spot to take in the morning sun. There is a large fully equipped kitchen with gas cooktop and electric oven as well as washer and dryer at your disposal. There are 2 separate living areas, that is 2 lounge rooms and 2 dining rooms. There is also a good size pool that is cleaned regularly for your enjoyment in a very private back yard. The front yard is also perfect for enjoying a morning coffee (coffee machine and some pods included) or also ideal in the evening decorated with the festoon lights. A work space has also been provided that includes a large screen, wired mouse and keyboard so you are able to work comfortably from home if needed. There is Keyless entry so you can’t lock yourself out, very convenient. Guests can call contact us through the AirBnB app if there are any problems or questions Maroubra is a surf beach suburb with shops and cafes and French bakeries. The International French school being within walking distance there is a larger concentration of francophones. Being under 10km from the Sydney CBD and 10km from Sydney Airport it is a very convenient and central location. Randwick's Prince of Wales Hospital and Royal Randwick Racecourse are less than 10 minutes away by car. There is parking in front of the house for 2 cars. Buses to the city or Bondi Junction are just a short 2 - 5 minute walk to the bus stops. The beach is a 10 - 15 minute walk down the hill. If you have more than 6 guest, we will provide extra linen and towels for the sofa bed found in the back lounge room. Please note that there is an independent studio attached to the side of the house that is also rented out to singles or couples. This studio does not have access to any part of the main house or the backyard and frontyard.

Summary: We had a lovely stay !! Love the back and front patios! Our family loved making Maroubra our home base during our trip as our college age kids are all surfers and the cafes right around the corner got me out of cooking breakfast every day!! Over all we were charmed!

Summary: The house was exceptional, clean, tidy, great showers & very comfortable beds. Everything was provided that you would expect in a family home. The pool was also very clean & welcoming on the hot days. The house was situated in a great location 10 mins from Maroubra beach & also transport links to Sydney City centre & other surrounding beaches. We were made to feel welcomed by G & any questions answered. Overall an outstanding place to stay. Thank you.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and exceptionally located property. My wife and I were visiting from the US and we had a couple of family members from Canada staying with us as well while we visited our extended family in Sydney. The home itself was superb with a good size kitchen/dining room, situated next to a TV room looking out into a beautiful backyard with a pool. There was also a large living room and formal dining room made for a very spacious and comfortable stay. The bedrooms were very comfortable as well, with a spacious master and en suite bathroom attached. We had a very smooth check in process and excellent communication from our hosts. The location was walking distance to Maroubra beach and Mahon pool and close proximity (short drive) to Coogee and other beaches in the Eastern Suburbs. We also took a very easy 35 minute bus ride down to Circular Quay one day and had no issues navigating and getting transportation around the area. My wife and I agree that Sydney is easily our favorite major, modern city to visit, beating out any Canadian or US city. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this vacation house to anyone else looking to visit Sydney and the surrounding area!
