Positive: The suite was very spacious, fully-furnished, and exceptionally clean. Check-in and check-out were easy and contactless. The location is extremely convenient if you are visiting friends or family in the Anderson Creek community. Also, even my ground floor unit received plenty of light, as the entire exterior wall was composed of patio doors with floor-to-ceiling window panes.

Negative: The building was extremely drafty – the glass on the otherwise wonderful patio doors were single pane. The solid walls might not have been that much help either; a relative staying in a corner unit adjacent to mine had an even draftier experience than I did. To make matters worse: during this past Winter Storm Elliott of 2022, the smart thermostat regularly lowered the heating temperatures I set and capped the operation of the heater itself to 180 minutes per 24 hours. To its credit (and why I know this), the thermostat had the courtesy of telling me it was doing this via notifications on its LED screen. Unfortunately, if it has a concept of quiet hours, that is locked away in settings behind management's passcode; it woke me at 3am once by filling the suite with light to tell me the heater had hit the operational minutes cap and would no longer be heating my already-frigid room. Overall, while everything else about the experience was generally pretty nice, this bit was big enough to keep me from wanting to leave the comforter in the mornings, and hesitant to spend any amount of time in the suite during the rest of any day. I understand the importance of energy conservation, but the first and most important step of that is substantial, quality insulation and other passive climate controls.
