Positive: Location is great! Uptown Houston with lots of options close by including a Whole Foods and Costco, along with restaurants and shopping. Easy commute to downtown (or anywhere).

Negative: Unit could have been cleaner upon entry (but host offered to correct) and beds could have been a bit firmer......too soft for my liking.

Summary: I would highly recommend this property and definitely stay there again!

Positive: Spacious and modern. Right in the city

Negative: The bathrooms had old hair on the walls. Some of the toilets had stains inside. Towels have stains and need to be replaced. No extra garbage bags.

Summary: My family enjoyed the stay, but we hoped the property would have been properly cleaned.

Positive: Once i got the keys, getting into the rental space is easy. The unit is clean with separate bathrooms. Small washer/dryer is nice, especially with some detergent provided. Pool is chilly, but nice. Late cancellation date super helpful for planning. Easy parking also convenient.

Negative: I did not “complete” the booking process, since I didn’t expect an additional step after reserving and paying. Receiving correspondence from an outside and unusual address wasn’t conducive to me responding to the additional step. (Normally i expect the owner to send check in instructions within a week prior to arrival, not me registering for additional info) This made the check in process tougher, since I didn’t know exactly where to go the day off. But the host did eventually call me back to give instructions for the keys. A keyless entry would have made this process sooo sooo much easier, especially since the host wasn’t readily available to greet us Kitchen is sparsely equipped, with low-quality utensils and cookware with little condiments to prepare simple meals. Ex. coffee maker is nice but no sugar. Most rental places provide basic pantry condiments — in addition to salt, pepper, oil, some sugar, basic spices would be appreciated. Aluminum foil, a microwave cover and some ziplocks would be nice too. Closet space beyond the bathroom takes some getting used to. In this case, a luggage stand in each room would also be nice. With access to a pool, a gym is somewhat expected. A little bummed not to have access to a gym for extended stay.

Summary: A good place for a couple of days. Disappointing for longer stay since kitchen not well equipped.
