Positive: Generally the apartments were ok , but could have had those items mentioned below. Staff were friendly and accommodated us in Palace 1 when booked separate we were meant to be in Palace 1 & 2 which were streets apart so not great for a larger family . So thanks for moving us to one building

Negative: No WiFi in rooms , but as advertised WiFi available at reception. Wine glasses were not really wine glass merely small glasses and advised they were Italian wine glasses . Dining Plates were very small . Kitchenette was functional but missing an oven or microwave.

Summary: 2 week family holiday - hired 2 apartments for family

Positive: location great - easy walk to the ski lift good kitchen set up - small but had everything you needed balcony was nice to relax in at end of the day hotel store was very reasonable and quite well stocked - definitely go there first before the resort stores hotel staff very helpful

Negative: nothing we didn't like :-)

Positive: Family-friendly property with nice restaurant, mini-market, lounge and entertaining facilities. Warm, clean and spacious room with balcony and spectacular view. All the kitchen/bathroom amenities available. Easy and flexible check-in/check-out. Helpful staff. Easy to reach without car

Negative: Located a bit far from the center and ski-lifts but ski-bus is available (tickets at the reception) and there's no need to carry all the ski/snowboarding stuff as rental services provide lockers close to ski area. Wifi only in public areas

Positive: The staff were friendly and helpful. Underground designated parking space included in the price. The main bed is a sofabed, but I found it comfortable. Didn't try the bunk beds. Nice view of the town due to location near top of town. Big balcony nice to have. There is a shuttle bus to town (costs €10 for the week)

Negative: We stayed in Resort Palace 1 (though it was hard to know if we had booked Palace 1 or 2 through booking.com). Half the plug sockets in the room didn't work, and many of the "facilities" were located in a different building (17 mins walk away) and also cost extra to use eg. use pong pong table/ use hotel sauna. Shuttle bus to town costs an extra €10 for the week. . Dishwasher in room provided but you need to then buy a dishwasher table from the hotel to use! 🤦‍♂️ There are so many apartments, it's quite noisy if people next door are making lots of noise or have a dog. No WiFi in the resort palace 1 - again, have to walk 17 mins to the other hotel where there is apparently WiFi in the bar and WiFi room, which I couldn't get to work anyway. You get room inventory on arrival which lists EVERYTHING in the room and the price for replacement if it breaks. Which feels risky as most things seem old and like they might break soon!

Summary: I think expensive for what you get...

Positive: We had breakfast in the hotel one morning which was good.

Negative: We stayed on the first floor but the ceiling sound-insulation was very poor resulting in a couple of very poor night’s sleep. The room on the top floor above us was over-occupied & the scraping/banging of furniture on the hard floor until 2-3 am was annoying. We reported it twice to management.

Summary: Ok..if I was going back again I would insist on staying on the top floor due to noise.
