Positive: Good location. People from the resort were helpful when needed.
Negative: Kitchen had no coffee cups or dish towels. No trash bags for the very small trash can. No wash rags were provided. Entry door needs a shade or curtain because it looks right into the bathroom. We had no heat the first night because the thermostat unbeknownst to us needed charged before it can work. We had little heat the second night because the thermostat unbeknownst to us was set remotely at 58 degrees. It was fixed the next day but we should not have to have concerned ourselves with this at all.

Positive: The property was beautiful and calm. It was a great place for family .
Negative: Overall, it was a good experience, but there wasn’t enough tissue in the washroom and in the room. The heating system didn’t work properly and turned off during our stay. Luckily, it wasn’t too cold
Summary: Overall, our stay was pleasant, but a few things like the heating and lack of tissues could be improved.
