Positive: In love with everything !!! Very clean cozy and enjoyable place !! Well organized having everything we needed

Negative: Not allowing us to enter the gate after 11:00 PM !! And there was no info about it .. although we were explaining that we have our father and he is disable cant walk far distance they kept us waiting for 30 mins to open, the security maybe not related to the hotel owner but also it shouldnt be like this

Positive: The property was very well thought out, very modern . Had lots of luxury touches, hot tap, touch pad for lights and Bluetooth music, and climate. Alain and Barbara were extremely helpful and always around for any questions.

Negative: The recycling was a little too far away.

Summary: A fabulous stay in lovely accommodation and a beautiful area .

Positive: We loved our stay here, it was a perfect getaway for our friends group.

Negative: Pool was not as heated as we expected so we couldn't really use it. Padel equipment was quite worn down, we would bring our own if we have known this. Other than that it was amazing.

Positive: Very enyojable, the apartment has almost everything to have the best stay. If you forgot the salt, pepper, or oil to cool you can buy it in the clubhouse. It was very nice I can imagine with good weather it will be a great spot to relax and enjoy with the family.

Negative: I wish they have another options of pillows, they were super hard for my taste. Also it will be nice to have the facility to rent bikes in the resort, the place to rent is near by but you need to go with car.

Positive: Checking out at 8pm on Sunday is an amazing feature. Had a full day off activities. The place is very stylishly furnished and the hang net on the mezzanine is great for reading! The sauna is very easy to use. It was great that we could bring our dog! We were even welcomed by a ball and treats for her!

Negative: Arriving in the evening was a bit troublesome. The entrance barrier would not open despite providing the licence plate on time. It took a very long time to reach anyone at 10pm. It would have been nice to have the option of a double bed instead of twin in one of the rooms. The water in the bathtub was a little bit yellow.
