Summary: Lobby and reception experience was great. Location is excellent. The room was terrible - an attic room with half the ceiling angled beams to bang your head on when getting out of bed; a shower with no grab handles making it risky to get in and out of; very inefficient air conditioner (we called on this and got an inefficient portable fan to 'help'). Not a comfortable room but it did have a refigerator!

Summary: We did not get the room we had ordered but a smaller one which only had one bedroom vs the two bedrooms we had ordered. This was admitted by the staff. We complained several times incl the day we arrived but nothing happened. We were just told the manager would come the next day it later. A foldout bed was added but the mattress was poor and our kids had sore backs every morning. There was no dishwasher - instead they gave us a washing up tub and a brush for manual washing. The general state of the apartment was poor - not well maintained. The daily cleaning was not very thorough. The AC did not work well. The TV in the bedroom did not work. The location is very central with good access to metro/trains. It’s a dodgy neighborhood in the evening with a lot of homeless people gathering and I don’t recommend walking alone late in the evening.

Summary: The only positive thing about the hotel is that is in a very central area. But over all the rooms are hot, the staff barely helps and saids hi & they barely help the guests with information.

Summary: Great location, hotel was clean, staff friendly, room far bigger thank we were expecting, got early check-in, ALL GOOD until we got to the room. the reason for the lower rating was simply that it was a 30C day that day & when got into the room the temperature was 28 (in the room) & the A/C was NOT on. After setting it to 22 & making sure it was on, 5 hours later is was still at 27.5, clearly not working. We let the front desk know & they sent a maintenance person up who did nothing but lower the thermostat temperature to 15, which did nothing. Opened up the windows once the sun went down & eventually cooled to about 25C by morning. Not the best sleep to say the least. Mentioned it to the guy at check-out the next morning &, although he did apologize, nothing else really offered. Too bad because we were super impressed with everything else there..............

Summary: We had two connecting rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We contacted the reception, the first receptionist were helpful and promised to check it. When we came back the room were cleaned but it still smelled. The second receptionist were arrogant and told he never had any complaints about the room before. the shower and faucet in the bathroom had almost no water pressure. The rooms were worn down, and dusty. The pictures do not show how poor the rooms are. The neighbour had shops and restaurants, and a group off homeless people living/staying in the street by the hotel.

Summary: In close proximity to the metro / bus stops. You can get your travel cards at the nearby saint Lazare station. Grocery close by. Many restaurants cafes etc close by. There is a church opposite the hotel where some homeless persons gather however they never bothered us. . Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was adequate a little tired however always cleaned and all amenities functioned. Will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks you Residhome for making our first visit to Paris a fabulous one!!!
