3 bed, 2.5 bath Residential Home with a large bonus room upstairs! Home is updated with tasteful decor and features a large fenced in backyard and patio area with an above ground pool. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Harrisburg city limits.
Home is located with plenty of dining and attractions near by. Close to Charlotte Motor Speedway, Concord Mills and only 20 miles from uptown Charlotte!
NOTE: NO smoking, NO illegal drugs/substances at the property, NO events/parties and please NO children under 12. The home is not child proof and has light colored furniture throughout. There is no gate or fence preventing pool entry from the deck. Pool will be closed in November sometime. The house is cleaned regularly. This home has been lived in, and is 21 years old. Please understand normal minor imperfections are there, but this property is well loved and cared for.
This is my personal home. I will not be present during your stay. Please only book if you are aware of all of the notations above and have full intentions of treating my home with love and care.

Summary: It was great to be able to get together with some family we have not seen in quite a while. Many amenities were included in the stay. Ashley went above and beyond to get the TV working for us. And it was SO great we could bring our dogs and let them enjoy the large yard.

Summary: This was a last minute booking for us as we were listing our house for sale and our agent advised us to leave town for the weekend. We were able to bring our 2 dogs and one of our sons. The home was comfortable and our dogs loved the huge yard. We had intended to use the pool but never did. Neighborhood is quiet as well! Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Summary: We had a very nice time! I personally don’t like looking in cabinets, so a list on the doors with items that one might use during their stay would be helpful. Everything was so nice though! The decor I absolutely loved. It was nice and cozy, at the same time plenty of room for us to have privacy. The host is so attentive! She responds quickly and does all she can to make sure your stay is a good one.

Summary: We recently stayed in Ashley's home for two months while our house underwent flooring repairs. Ashley was an awesome host, quick to respond to any need! I asked her if there were any spare lightbulbs at one point, thinking I'd just buy some if needed, but she immediately had them delivered to the house! The master bed was very comfy, and the house overall was perfect for my boyfriend and I and our fur family. We did notice the little creek in the backyard means the dog's feet get veryyy muddy during rain, but we just kept an extra towel by the back door to wipe them. Also a heads up to other pet owners who's dogs aren't friendly, the back yard is adjacent with several other back yards, several of whom have dogs outside too. We were disappointed that the master dresser and closet were full, and the garage was off limits also, but there was ample storage in the 2nd and 3rd bedroom closets for storage. Just for the convenience, I did buy a dresser for our stay in the master. You can tell Ashley puts a lot of effort into her home and the beautiful decor. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need for cooking and everything. I'm very, very thankful we found this home while ours wasn't available for us! It was a really enjoyable stay, and I would definitely book with Ashley again.
