Summary: Location is very convenient, the house was nice.Cleaning service needs to be stepped up, hair in shower drain, black mold around glass, shower needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Baseboards were in need of cleaning. Coffee creamers were lumpy (maybe outdated)? Need new cutting board the one there smelled very badly of onions…couldn’t get the smell out. No baking pan or sheets. Only one trash bag was supplied. More coat hangers would have been nice.The lack of cleaning was our biggest issue.

Summary: The facility was very nice located in a quiet neighborhood in the north burbs of Charlotte. We were attending an event at Charlotte Motor Speedway and it was less than a 10 minute drive. My only critique is we did not have access to local tv channels to get weather and current local news including the event we were attending.

Summary: The house is wonderful! It's very clean and the furniture is actually comfortable. The location is fantastic with everything we did no more than a 30 minute drive at the most. This vrbo is a great great option with a price that is not bad.
