Summary: Perfect place for visiting Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Very short and cheap Uber ride. We walked to Broadway a couple of times during the day but I recommend getting an Uber after walking all day on Broadway. It is close to all in downtown area. Very clean and just as described.

Summary: Good location, clean, comfy. There were 3 of us which was a bit of a squeeze but we made it work. We wish we'd brought more blankets and pillows but we would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Myself, my 22 year old daughter, and her best friend stayed for 4 nights. The apartment is clean, stocked with appropriate lines, and the perfect size for 3 people. It was only an average of 7 to take a short ride using LYFT to Broadway. Walking distance to Nashville Farmers Market which was nice to check out one morning. The neighborhood and location felt very safe.The host responds quickly to any questions. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Nash!!
