Summary: Great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms and common areas were clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. What really made the experience stand out was the staff — everyone from reception to dining and housekeeping was genuinely friendly and helpful. A special mention to Pan Singh, Ballu, and Rasjesh, who truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm hospitality made a big difference. Highly recommended.

Summary: All the staff are amazing here, everyone is so lovely. If you're familiar with Mumbai then this is a good place to stay location wise. It's a 10 min walk from VT station (CSMT). Breakfast is average, the ac in the room is grewt it's a bit of a crampes room and not the cleanest but perfect firna short stay.

Summary: The room was great and the staff were amazing. Some of the nicest and friendliest staff who are worth choosing this hotel to stay at just to meet. Balu greeted us and served us coffee each morning and chatting with him was one of our favorite parts of Mumbai.
