Positive: Well equipped, pretty flat in a fantastic area - lively and full of supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and independent shops - but no noise in the flat. Welcome and care of the owner during the visit was great. Easy access to tube (Pigalle, but we used others nearby too), Gare du Nord, centre. We walked to Montmatre and Sacré Coeur. It was big enough for two of us sleeping in different rooms (Mum and daughter).
Negative: Nothing.

Positive: Don’t most Paris apartments range from tiny to small? This one is small but efficient, with a large, comfortable bed, drawers and hangers for clothes, a small but usable "toilette,” an amazing kitchen that packs almost everything you could ever need (stovetop, sink, oven, microwave, utensils, pots, pans, refrigerator AND freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, small table and two chairs) into a corner of the first room which also has space and furniture for sitting and a sofa bed as well. It’s well-located in the 9th arrondissement, just south of Montmartre, in an area that really feels like a neighborhood with boulangeries, food markets, pharmacies and lots of restaurants. The Pigalle Metro station is less than a 10-minute walk. The owner, Cedric, is nearby and very willing to assist you in any way that you may need. Special note: Cedric (and I) recommend that you get your daily baguette, croissants and pastries from Delmontel, which is a two-minute walk from the apartment down Rue des Martyrs.
Negative: Inconsiderate neighbors who empty their trash in the courtyard in the wee hours of the morning.

Positive: The host is warm and welcoming. We reached the property very late but he was waiting for us and helped us with directions and luggage. The property location is great. The property is clean, safe and comfortable
Negative: The property is small. We stayed in a better property after 2 days nearby at a lower price (so same timing and vicinity). So this is not great from a "value for money" perspective

Positive: We loved the location, such a nice neigbourhood, with great restaurants, close to the metro station. Our host, Cedric, was extremely friendly and kind, let us keep the luggages until 18.00, long after check- out time.

Positive: Our host, Cedric, was very accommodating. The apartment catered for every possible need we could have. We were close to supermarkets and a boulangerie, so we could stock up on all necessities. We were close to restaurants, but we could also cook as the kitchen facilities were excellent. The apartment building was quiet, so we could rest after exploring Paris by day. The location was very close to the metro, Montmartre, and Sacré Coeur.
Negative: The shower trap didn't drain fast enough, so we had manage showering times.

Positive: The location was perfect. Supermarket across the rd and restaurants all within a short walking distance.
Negative: The washing machine wasn't working at the time, but there was a laundromat several doors down, so it wasn't too big a deal.

Positive: The apartment is cosy and the facilities are good. Host is very polite and helpful. Although the area is very busy but the apartment is quiet.
Negative: The sofa bed is not very comfortable, but it suit the purpose for the third person to use for a few days.
