Positive: This property was ideal for my family. The unit had two bathrooms which is a must for my sons mother. The unit also had a washer machine that was so usefull and appreciated. I also like the key code access to the room, this allowed for freedom of movement by each member of out party of four. The Pool! Its huge, well maintained, and shaded by beautiful skyscrappers! By far my favorite feature of the place. Also the great price.

Negative: The living room could use a couple of longe chairs so a group of four can share the living room and watch a movie in comofrt. The bed was a little firm for my kids Mom. More Towels. refridgerator wiggles and needs adjustment. Paint on the light switch covers, should be wiped off with nail polish remover or paint thiner. Unit would benifit from a deep detailed cleaning.

Summary: A great property that I would stay at again.

Positive: The location was a short walk to Suan Plu, Sala Daeng and Silom. The pool was lovely. Rooms were huge and had a balcony to hang washing after using the washing machine in the kitchen. Loved the Flying Turtle at the pool.

Negative: The pillows were too big and too hard. All facilities except the pool were locked. It seemed like an illegal airB&B, the security were very concerned about letting us in. It's called Sathorn Gardens, sometimes they call it The Residence, can be confusing

Positive: Location Very clean property The pool and amenities on level 6 Staff at front were great as always

Negative: Beds were like concrete and pillows similar Very uncomfortable Ensuite shower did not work but monies were reimbursed for loss of ensuite use 👍🏼 The property is not serviced , which is ok because it didn’t say it was . Not serviced needs to be stipulated , there were no directions regarding rubbish etc The complex gym was unkept and had several machines that were broken and unusable The water fountain was not working Overall I think over priced for what is provided

Positive: It was very nice stay, very convenient and good location, just across the road and walk too Saladaeng and Silom or take MRT or BTS.

Negative: The whole building is very old and the water taps in all bathrooms and sink needs to be replaced, more lichen utensils and kitchen cloth.

Positive: It was bright, clean, spacious and the bed was so soft and comfortable! It has all the amenities of an apartment, including wifi, towels, hairdryer, iron, soap, shampoo. Host also answered a lot of my questions including late check-in (which is not to worry as I could pick up the card from security that is 24/7).
