Positive: Possibly the most comfortable bed and pillows i have ever slept in. It was very nice and in a good location. It was also very soundproof, even though it's on the road. We only had our backpacks with us in the room. There was just enough space for these. The owner was very helpful when needed. It was fine for overnight. The restaurant below is very good.

Negative: There was no information. What was the wifi code? How do you get a cup of coffee (machine out of order, but no notice)? Can you just take tea using the kettle in the communal area? Yes, apparently. There was almost no hot water. You have to run the tap for nearly 5 minutes to get any warm water in the sink or shower. This is a terrible waste. The layout of the room was strange, with beds end to end and with no chair, stool, or desk. And don't try and drag your cases up a lot of outside stairs, only to find very little space in the rooms.

Summary: Fine for overnight, with very comfortable beds. Just very little space.

Positive: The location was chosen because we wanted it to be easily accessible and it was. Also from the terrace we had a stunning view of the vast countryside! The breakfast 2 places down the street had outstanding pastries made with whole wheat and filled with a luscious custard! The room was updated, spacious and with a nice big shower. It had everything we needed. The staff was responsive, thoughtful and patience. Delicious dinners and pizza were available downstairs at the pub.

Negative: Warm water wasn't consistent. But this was our 3rd place in a row where the hot water would give out. So maybe it's to be expected. At least here it would give out slowly to give warning. Access key pads to get in the building and room were finicky, requiring a delicate touch and patience.

Summary: This up-to-date, modern room was nothing like a retirement residence for old guys with stories!
