Summary: Incredibly rude and hostile night attendant. No room service for four days despite requesting it. No hand soap or lotion in room despite requesting it—used body wash from the shower to wash hands for the four days, which is fine, just odd.

Summary: I was disappointed that the bed for the ADA room was a full size bed. Not even a queen. I wouldn’t have opted for the ADA if I had known it. Also, we needed to keep the vent going in the bathroom, because the mildew smell was so strong. I imagine the room is used as often as others so the bathroom linens become musty. Otherwise, the space, location and service are more than adequate.
