Summary: The Residence Inn was very clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. The room above me overflowed their shower or something and water came into my shower through the ceiling light. Staff were very apologetic when I reported it and said someone would be out to fix it. The location is great, it’s an easy walk to the beach and other places, but back from the “main drag” a bit.

Summary: Everything was great, if you are taking advantage of the complimentary breakfast prep to wait on breakfast entrees being refilled if you get there after 9:15. If you beat the crowd there is no worries.

Summary: Overall not great, due to the cleanliness of the rooms. Hair in the showers, sand all over the carpets. Also no parking at all 2 nights in a row when you pay for parking. Not okay! However the staff was amazing and willing to help as much as possible.

Summary: Stay was nice. Room had a fish smell to it. I think the prior guests had seafood left in the fridge that wasn’t taken out.

Summary: Great stay at a pet friendly location. Conveniently located, roomy space, nice balcony. Wonderful pool area, Grimm and fire pit. Can rent kayaks for the bay. Bike rental, pet walking area.

Summary: I have never been to ocean city but let me tell you this must be one of the best hotels I have stay at the best service and customer care ever there is big pool overlooking the best view and have a bar with drink and can even order food bomb ! The room was spotless and housekeeping was very nice and pleasant with me and my family 10/10 for our visit
