Positive: Spacious rooms, centrally located for exploring this area (Walden Pond, Concord-Lexington independent war trails).

Negative: Very disappointing breakfast with not the friendliest staff around the breakfast area. As they provide throw away cardboard stuff you see a lot of guests who stay for more that one day taking breakfast items to their room as a lot of rooms have kitchens with normal plates en bowls. Huge refrigerators in rooms are very loud so that’s not comfortable to sleep in. Very old A/C’s also very loud. That can improve.

Positive: Comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very well equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

Negative: The sofa bed linen wasn’t very clean. And they didn’t provide the correct amount of towels for the amount of guests in the room.

Positive: everything is available, a large hotel, the room has everything you need, it's warm. The water in the pool is comfortable, constant access to tea/coffee. Large free parking, clean hotel.

Negative: The extra bed hadn't been made up from the previous tenants, there was a water bottle under the bed. The room was a bit worn out, they charged $30 more from the card than was written on the receipt 😡, at the reception they said that the money would be returned in 2 days, but it still hasn't come (this is very bad.
