Negative: When we arrived, at 5:00, our room wasn’t ready and we had to wait for about a half hour.

Positive: The suite was awesome with a small kitchen,dining table, sofa, desk and king size bed. Loved the fireplace in the lobby and the large size of lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and excellent. And Best of all it was only 5 minutes from family members that I was visiting.

Negative: No ice makers , but all you had to do was ask and they had bags in their freezer.

Summary: Great place to stay for short or long stays.

Positive: It just became my home for 2 weeks! Quiet, comfortable bed, always friendly staff, wonderful breakfasts. There is a wonderful supermarket nearby. The windows open in the room - this is very important for me, I do not like to sleep with air conditioning. I recommend the hotel 100%.

Negative: I would like a kettle in the room. And there is a lot of chlorine in the Jacuzzi!
