Summary: Great spot for my friends and i to stay for a qedding in the area and also to relive our days as students in Ann Arbor! Easy walk to campus and downtown! Also right next to Argo! Highly reccomend tubbing down the rapids on a hot day!

Summary: We had a group of 8 to enjoy the weekend to tailgate and go to the Michigan football game. Place was what we needed, plenty of space to chat and eat a bite prior to heading out to enjoy Ann Arbor, before getting back to sleep. Paul and Sue kept the place clean and were very accommodating. Would stay again.

Summary: This house was such a find. We rented it for graduation weekend, and I just wish I had found it earlier in our four years at U of M. The space is well-decorated, comfortable and functional. Paul and Sue added little touches-fresh flowers, bagels and cream cheese, fresh fruit to welcome us. The beds were comfortable, linens and towels were fresh and good quality. Plenty of space to hang out as a family in common area or to grab a nap upstairs, which also had its own sitting room. Only downside was spotty wifi. Otherwise, a real jewel.
