Positive: The location, and the bathroom

Negative: The apartment just on the street and direct entrance from street on the 0 floor, so all the noise is inside the apartment. The air-conditioning didn't work and the weather was very hot, we hardly sleep. There is a external unit of air-conditioning system, just above the entrance door, whenever you go outside you are just under the water of air-conditioning like raining. Morover, the floor is getting slippery becasue of the unit water, and causes a dangerous step out. Inside of the apartment smells humidity, and we couldn't open the windows for fresh air since the apartment is just on the street and all dust from the street is foing inside. The automatic message system is constantly sending messages saying if you lost the key ,you will be charged 50 Euro. This is very disturbing.

Positive: We’d a small issue with code but gave them a call & everything was sorted in seconds.

Negative: Not really a negative, more for information - It can be a little noisy as it’s a cobbled street but it’s in the middle of a city so that’s be expected.

Summary: Excellent location, good services in the apartment. Really clean & very spacious.

Positive: Location was perfect, right in the center. Main sightseeing spots within walking distance, shop just around the corner, plenty of restaurants. Everything was clean and modern.

Negative: Not enough od plates and glasses. The apartment is located on the ground floor with entrance directly from the street

Positive: Very central location, spacious and clean. Washing machine and drying rack was handy.

Negative: There was a garbage smell in the apartment that never went away. You get used to it after a few minutes. Lack of linens for instance extra pillows in closet but no pillow cases. Master bath had no shampoo or conditioner in the shower yet the other bathroom did.

Positive: Lovely modern apartment, clean and beds were very comfortable , gorgeous rainforest showers , quiet area and location was brilliant, hopefully will get to Seville again and would look to stay here once more

Negative: There was a bit of a problem with air conditioning and first two nights were uncomfortable but contacted rental Sevilla and they helped to sort it out so I should have made contact earlier , could do with some tea towels and maybe leave more toilet rolls and towels , staff very helpful so only minor issue
