NEW apartment, in a building totally refurbished 5 years ago, located in the ideal place to visit Seville: 5 minutes walking from the monumental area (Cathedral, Giralda, Town Hall, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Bullring, Guadalquivir River) Just a few steps from the commercial area, with the best boutiques and places of entertainment, entertainment and services of the city.
In case you're driving to Seville, there's a free parking space available for you at less than 5 min.walk in an underground parking.
It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
In the elegant and bright living room there is a large sofa bed 1.50 meters wide (once made bed), which allows to sleep 2 additional people.
The dining table is extendible up to 10 diners.
Its modern kitchen is fully equipped, with all the large and small appliances needed (dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, oven and microwave).
The floors are of marble and all finishes are of the highest quality.
It also has free Wi-Fi with high-speed fiber.
Surrounded by streets with orange trees, it is a pleasure to wander around the neighborhood, especially in spring with the blossomed orange blossom and with an extraordinary aroma of its streets.

Summary: We stayed three days. Hosts were super friendly and organized. Check in was a breeze. Appartement was clean and suited our needs perfectly. Enjoyed the proximity to the river as well as great shopping and restaurants. Beautiful but HOT city. AC was a must which worked well in this accommodation.

Summary: Perfect VRBO for a recent trip to Sevilla. Traveling with family of five boys age 12 through 18. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Location was fabulous and we could walk to all the sites. In addition it was located on a safe street with secure entrance. It had a washer and air-conditioning units. Our host Javier was excellent. He met us upon arrival and reviewed how everything in the apartment worked and also gave us many helpful tips for exploring the city. We hope to return in the near future!

Summary: Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Javier’s apartment in Sevilla. The apartment’s location was perfect and just a short walk to all of the historic/tourist sites, shops, restaurants, etc. that we went to. Also, the owner, Javier, went out of his way to explain everything about the apartment to us and also gave a detailed presentation about Sevilla’s tourist sites, restaurant recommendations, etc., that we might be interested in. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and modern, and we had great communication with the owner before and during our stay. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Summary: Wonderful, spacious apartment in a great location. Javier is the best host and provides lots of information. He’s thought of everything. One of the best apartments we’ve ever rented. Has an elevator and washing machine. Friendly neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Liked the Italian restaurant nextdoor. Taxi stand at the corner. Loved Sevilla and would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Summary: We had such a lovely stay! The apartment was very well appointed, with all the amenities, and thoughtful touches. Javier was an exceptional host! He met us at the apt to give us a tour and also provided a wonderful overview of the city, sites to visit, and recommendations for our trip. Javier was also so helpful leading up to our arrival, answering questions and offering guidance for our travel from Portugal to Spain. We hope to book this apt again on our next trip! And we can't recommend Javier enough - he was a fabulous host!!

Summary: This could not be a better property in a better location with a better host. Everything was simply awesome! Javier is an incredible host with great local knowledge. Summary: This was a fantastic base for our nine nights stay in Seville! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked, including a well equipped kitchen, pantry items and extra towels / bedding. Javier was generous in orienting us to Seville and the neighbourhood, and was accessible for any questions. The location was perfect - including a short walk to Triana market and two supermarkets.
