Holiday rental Villa in the South of Gran Canaria very pretty in a residential area of Meloneras, Maspalomas with capacity for 5 adults or four adults and two children with pool.
The house is newly renovated with all new furniture.
On the top floor with two very spacious and bright bedrooms, one spacious and very iluminated bathroom with shower, plus a small terrace ideal for morning coffee.
The ground floor is distributed with a comfortable front terrace, living room with sofa bed 1.40 cm. , one bathroom with shower and kitchen with all the appliances you need: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, electric and espresso machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
From the kitchen we access the garden an terrace with dining area where the desserts mix with the siesta lying in the hammock.
Located 10 minutes walk from the beach of Meloneras and 15 minutes from the beach of Maspalomas.
If there is something that draws the attention of this house is its light that, in many moments of the day fill the whole space.
The owners offer a personalized service, with welcome detail.
The Complex is completed with a wonderful area of solarium and pool and a paddle court.

Summary: Great House, perfectly equipped with a friendly, super-engaged host who supported us all the time. Just a short drive to Meloneras Beach and the Golf Club. I highly recommend this place!

Summary: My wife and myself spent 6 weeks in Jan/Feb 2019 in Dunia's and Javier's house. The house is located in a residence with all similar houses and a large swimming pool. It has a nice terrace in the front and a nice little garden in the patio so we could enjoy the sun both in the morning and in the afternoon/evening. In the patio there are two sunbeds and a large table with four chairs . The table is under a roof and it is very pleasant to sit down in the evening with a glass of wine. The house is tastefully decorated inside and feels very new. Dunia welcomed us with fruits, cookies and a bottle of wine. Such as sweet attention! The house is located 250 m from a large Mercadona supermarket. Very convenient. We enjoyed very much the stay in Dunia's and Javier's house and would be very happy to come back again.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay at Dunia's wonderful house. Everything you could want was there for you. The complex was very quiet and the swimming pool was lovely at the end of a hot walk back from the beach!

Summary: We stayed for a week in Dunia’s beautiful apartment. All the rooms are immaculate and Dunia keeps the house well stocked up for your arrival, greatly appreciated when arriving on a late flight. Beers in the fridge, bread and spread, fruit, milk and juice. Washing powder and fabric conditioner, washing up liquid- everything needed for the home. The area is lovely and we felt so safe. The pool area is clean and the residents are friendly. Plenty parking if hiring a car and a well stocked supermarket just down the road. Would recommend hiring a car as lots to see and do in the area. Would highly recommend this accommodation and would definately return. Thanks for a superb holiday.

Summary: We spent a very nice 5 days in Dunia's house. The house is located in a residence with all similar houses and a large swimming pool. It has a nice terrace in the front and a nice little garden in the back so we can enjoy the sun both in the morning and in the afternoon/evening. It is tastefully decorated inside and feels very new. Our hosts, Dunia and her husband, met us at the house after we had exchanged via Whatsapp and they had a welcome tray with fruits, cookies and salty snack as well as a nice bottle of wine. Such as sweet attention! We didn't have requests because the house had everything we needed but Dunia texted anyway to check on us twice to make sure everything was OK. The house is located 250 m from a well stocked supermarket. Very convenient.
